Krysten is a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist with a rich background in therapeutic bodywork. Licensed since 2017, Krysten initially specialized in sports massage, helping athletes optimize performance and recovery.

Her journey took a transformative turn after she bravely navigated her own battle with cancer. This profound experience deepened her understanding of the body's innate healing capabilities and ignited a passion for holistic care. Today, Krysten's practice is a testament to this expanded perspective, offering a diverse range of modalities designed to support the whole person.

A proud graduate of Indiana Wellness College, Krysten's expertise encompasses Lymphatic Massage, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, and Oncology Massage.
